EAST RUNDLE APARTMENTS
This project showcases Modular Dynamix’s exterior façade expertise delivered using the TruBrix system.
This project was not a modular build; instead, our scope focused on the framing, construction, and on-site installation of the finished brick façade. Works were carried out across six levels on the eastern, southern, and western elevations, including completed brick façades and spandrels.
Our involvement covered frame construction, rail installation, slip brick installation, and Colorbond flashings, all executed to ensure long-term durability, performance, and a high-quality architectural finish that contributes to the overall integrity of the building.
A fantastic collaboration and an exciting milestone project for everyone involved.
